The apron is a staple within the home representing a powerful visual narrative which transcends the constructed constrains of time and place. Annaliese's version was constructed using primarily reverse hand painted/poured silicone. The technique consists in painting back-to-front images with liquid silicone using a paint brush to create the image and fabric.
